Grape seed oil is high in omega-6 fatty acids (lineoleic acid) which helps increase and maintain hydration in the skin. It is also high in Vitamin E and antioxidants which help strengthen the skin against environmental damage. It is non-greasy and lightweight, and leaves the skin feeling soft and silky. 
 
Bergamot oil is a highly-revered oil used in for centuries throughout ancient lands. It’s scent is a beautiful balance of refreshing, sweet citrus, and floral. The beauty in its scent is that it presents both calming and uplifting properties - encouraging balance and healing. It is used in aromatherapy for the relief of pain associated with stress, anxiety and depression. Topically, it is said to soothe skin concerns such as eczema and psoriasis. 
 
Eucalyptus Blue Gum oil, when inhaled, can assist with easing headaches and allergy symptoms, as well as supporting the immune system. It’s also known topically to ease muscle and joint aches and pains, and improve circulation.
